* To validate this promotion, you must book directly through our call center or at sandos.com between June 19 and July 2, 2026. Travel is available at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort, Sandos Cancun, Sandos Playacar, and Sandos Finisterra during the following periods: June 19 to October 29, 2026, and May 1 to June 30 and September 1 to 30, 2027.

This promotion is valid for a limited time and applies only to the participating properties mentioned above. Maximum discount applies on select dates and is not combinable with other promotions. This promotion is valid according to the Cancun time zone (GMT-5).

* Receive up to an additional 15% discount by becoming a member of our Sandos4U loyalty program. New and Blue level members receive an additional 10% discount, while Gold level members receive an additional 15% discount. To apply this benefit, you must be registered in the program before completing your reservation.  

* When making your reservation, use promo code RESORT26 and receive a booklet valued at up to $500 USD per reservation.The booklet may only be used during your stay and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Resort Credit includes applicable coupons for various services within the resort, including: $40 USD at Seek & Go Tours (2 coupons worth $20 USD each); $100 USD at Seek & Go Transfers (2 coupons worth $50 USD each); $100 USD at Spa del Mar for select treatments and services (2 coupons worth $50 USD each); $40 USD at Spa del Mar for the hotel's Beauty Salon (2 coupons worth $20 USD each); $70 USD at PhotoPro for professional photography (1 coupon worth $30 USD and 1 coupon worth $40 USD); $40 USD on select Sandos merchandise and services (2 coupons worth $20 USD each); $100 USD at Scuba Libre for water sports and excursions (1 coupon worth $20 USD and 2 coupons worth $40 USD); and 1 coupon worth $10 USD applicable to wines at Sandos restaurants.

The "2 Kids Stay Free" offer applies exclusively to a maximum of two (2) children per room, provided they share the room with at least two (2) adults paying the full rate. This offer is valid only at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort & Water Park. Eligible children must be between 3 and 12 years old at the time of check-in; children exceeding the specified age will be considered adults and will not qualify for this offer. For the booking period from June 19 to July 2, 2026, and travel dates available during the following periods: June 19 to October 29, 2026, and May 1 to June 30 and September 1 to 30, 2027, the promotion applies to all family room categories (Eco Superior, Eco Junior Suite, Eco Penthouse, Pool View Superior, Pool View Penthouse, and Pool View One Bedroom Suite). This offer is not combinable with other promotions, discounts, or group rates. Subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

The "2 Kids or 2 Teens Stay Free" offer applies exclusively to a maximum of two (2) children or two (2) teenagers per room, provided they share the room with at least two (2) adults paying the full rate. This offer is valid only at Sandos Playacar. Eligible age ranges are: children aged 3 to 12 years at the time of check-in and teenagers aged 13 to 17 years at the time of check-in. Guests exceeding these age limits will be considered adults and will not qualify for this offer. This promotion is valid for bookings made from June 19 to July 2, 2026. Travel dates available during the following periods: August 23 to October 29, 2026, and May 1 to June 30 and September 1 to 30, 2027. Promotion limited exclusively to suites in the Platinum Tower section (Platinum Master Suite Ocean Front, Platinum Master Suite, Platinum King Junior Suite Ocean Front and Platinum King Junior Suite). * The interest-free months option applies to Sandos Caracol, Sandos Playacar, Sandos Cancun y Sandos Finisterra properties and to participating credit cards issued by selected banks in Mexico. The number of months available, minimum purchase amount, and specific conditions may vary depending on the banking institution. This promotion is valid only for direct reservations made through the official channels of Sandos Hotels & Resorts Mexico during the established sales period and cannot be combined with other forms of financing, discounts, or promotions, unless expressly indicated in the offer.  

* The welcome gift can be obtained by redeeming it through the Sandos4U member site, available at members.sandos4u.com or via access from www.sandos.com

To complete the redemption, the guest must register the reservation corresponding to their current stay in the “My Reservations” section of the portal and ensure that the reservation status is “Check-in”. Once this requirement is met, the gift may be redeemed from the “Catalog” tab.

After completing the redemption process, the guest must visit the Concierge team to collect the voucher and finalize the request.

The complementary gift is valid for one time per reservation number. Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before check-out; otherwise, the gift will be subject to availability.

This benefit is free of charge and available to all registered Sandos4U members, including new members, and applies to all membership levels (Blue and Gold). Coins are not required to redeem this gift.
